Vandana has more than 22 years of experience in business transformation, technology enablement and delivery management, primarily in the insurance and financial services sectors. She serves as a trusted advisor to CXOs and has led business transformation programs using both packaged and custom software solutions with Guidewire products, StoneRiver policy products (PowerSuite) and homegrown insurance solutions for both personal and commercial lines.
She has demonstrated knowledge in strategic planning — building strong client relationships and leading large transformation programs — technical program management and account management. Areas of focus include business and IT transformation, primarily in the financial services sector, revenue and resource forecasting, contract negotiations and vendor management, and client relationship development and management.
